We ship orders from the United Kingdom to most countries worldwide. Carriers are selected based on destination and available service with Evri or Yodel for UK deliveries and DHL Express Worldwide or FedEx International Connect Plus® for International deliveries.

Order Processing

  • Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing may take longer during launches, peak periods, or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, and chosen service. Promotions or free shipping offers will display automatically.

Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update on the carrier’s website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, applicable duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid / DDP).
  • Customers will not be charged additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon delivery.
  • Any duties and taxes due for eligible destinations are included in the total amount displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Pre-orders & Made-to-Order Items

Estimated shipping times for pre-order or made-to-order products are displayed on the product page.
If your order combines in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately at no extra cost to speed up delivery.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal at customs, we can either:

  • Reship the order (new shipping cost applies), or

  • Refund the order minus original shipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will support you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

🌍 Rest of the World - £5.99 (label provided, deducted from refund)
