Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping fee

A return processing and shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee helps cover the cost of handling and processing returns.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on:

• Gift cards

• Sale items

• Custom or personalised products

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery of the last item, including weekends and holidays, without giving a reason. You must send items back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. EU Order cancellation

Cancellations: If your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, you can cancel it directly from the same link above.

Return shipping: A £5.99 return shipping fee applies for EU orders and will be deducted from your refund.

Outbound shipping: We will refund the standard outbound delivery cost paid at checkout.

Refund timing: Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
